Django was a truly great guitarist.  His intensely light-hearted music swung with a superb and elegant aplomb and always lifts me up.  I like to do realistic portraits, especially if my subjects’ works inspire me and they have compelling faces.  In photos Django always had the look of a confident dreamer.
