All information submitted to DHR Music is private, confidential property of the sender and the information is privileged communication solely for the receipt, use, benefit, and information of DHR Music. No information submitted will be shared with any outside companies.

First call, email, or fax to confirm that the instrument is still available. We conduct all transactions through Bank Transfer of U.S. funds, cashier's checks, or Visa/MC payment.

 
 

We ship domestically and internationally via FedEx and UPS. The customer is responsible for all shipping, insuring and any associated bank charges, including any returned merchandise.,

Upon receipt, the customer has 3 days to review the instrument. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, notify us within 72 hours of receipt and we will refund the cost of the merchandise as soon as it is returned to us in the same condition as when shipped.

DHR Music markets the consigned instrument in the same fashion as the rest of the current inventory, which includes listing it on the website, in print advertising and contacting potential customers directly. Consignee agrees to a minimum term of 60 days for DHR Music to market the instrument. At the end of the minimum consignment period, either party is free to terminate the arrangement by contacting the other party via written notice or e-mail.

DHR Music and consignee agree to a minimum purchasing price, although DHR Music makes every attempt to obtain the best possible price for the consigned merchandise. DHR Music retains an agreed upon percentage of the purchase price.

DHR Music maintains possession of the instrument while it is offered for sale. DHR Music maintains insurance for theft and damage, and the consigned merchandise will be covered by said insurance while in DHR Music's possession.

Consignee is responsible for disclosing all known repairs, modifications, defects, etc. to DHR Music.
